Getting To The Monterey Bay Strawberry Festival and Driving Time

You can avoid traffic and parking congestion by hopping aboard the free "Strawberry Shuttle" operating from 9:45 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. from the Westridge Business Park throughout the weekend. A Santa Cruz Metro Transit District handicap accessible bus will depart and return to the business park every 30 minutes. The "Strawberry Shuttle" will drop Festival-goers at Ramsay Park. Parking at the Westridge Business Park is also free.

Directions to Westridge Business Park:

From Highway 1 South (from San Jose and Santa Cruz): Merge onto Main Street/Highway 152 off ramp. Turn right on Green Valley Road. Turn left onto Harkins Slough Road. Turn right onto Westridge Drive and look for parking monitors. Shuttle bus will depart every ½ hour from Westridge Business Park to Ramsay Park.

From Highway 1 North (from Monterey and Salinas): Take Green Valley Road exit. Turn right onto Harkins Slough Road. Turn right onto Westridge Drive and look for parking monitors. Shuttle bus will depart every ½ hour from Westridge Business Park to Ramsay Park.

From Highway 152, turn right on Holohan Road, proceed to Green Valley Road, turn left, proceed 3 miles and turn left on Harkins Slough Road, proceed to Westridge Business Park.

From Highway 129, take Riverside Avenue to Highway 1 to Green Valley Road exit, turn right on Harkins Slough Road, proceed to Westridge Business Park.

The 13th Annual MONTEREY BAY STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL will be held August 3rd, 4th & 5th at Ramsay Park in Watsonville. The celebration will serve up a menu of delectable strawberry delights, along with non-stop community entertainment, gooey contests for berry lovers, a special children's area with strawberry projects, carnival and much more.
